Start by making 4 or 8 sections of clean and wet hair. Work a generous amount of product into hair until your curls pop. Gently comb through for even distribution. Do not rinse and for better results seal the hydration with the other products of the Hibiscus Line. To retain moisture for several days, we recommend twisting or braiding your hair and unraveling the braids a day later.

How long will it take to get my orders?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Our processing time is typically around 7 days for regular orders and 2 days for expedited delivery. Orders are shipped from Richmond, Virginia.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted within 1 day of receiving your package.
• The product must be unopened and still sealed in the original shipping box.
• We will require pictures of the box and items to verify the condition before approving a return.

• If a customer chooses to return an item simply because they’ve changed their mind, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

• If your product arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the issue as soon as you receive your package.
