There was a time when I didn’t like my hair. I spent years trying to change it, hide it, or make it behave like something it wasn’t. When I finally embraced my natural hair, I realized the problem was never my hair — it was the products I was using.

As a scientist, I began studying how hair actually works, from porosity to moisture retention, and started formulating products that support hair instead of fighting it. That journey didn’t just change my hair — it changed how I care for myself and how I build Dr.
