Start with Clean, Damp Hair: Begin with freshly washed and conditioned hair, gently towel-dried until damp but not soaking.

Section Your Hair: Divide your hair into small, manageable sections to ensure even application of both products.

Apply the Curly Cream: Take a small amount of curly cream and work it through each section from roots to ends, ensuring your hair is well-moisturized and prepped for styling.

Layer with the Jelly: Apply a small amount of jelly on top of the curly cream, focusing on the ends for added hold and definition.

Twist Your Hair ( If your hair does not curl when wet ): Twist each section by splitting it into two strands and twisting them around each other, keeping even tension throughout.

Wash and go: Use your fingers or a wide-tooth comb to distribute the products evenly, then scrunch your hair or use the shingling method to define curls.

How long will it take to get my orders?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Our processing time is typically around 7 days for regular orders and 2 days for expedited delivery. Orders are shipped from Richmond, Virginia.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted within 1 day of receiving your package.
• The product must be unopened and still sealed in the original shipping box.
• We will require pictures of the box and items to verify the condition before approving a return.

Important Notes

• If a customer chooses to return an item simply because they’ve changed their mind, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
• We do not accept returns of any opened products. Since we use clean, natural formulations, we cannot verify the integrity or safety of products once they’ve been opened, and we must prioritize the well-being of all our customers.

Damaged Orders

• If your product arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the issue as soon as you receive your package.
• Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
