How long will it take to get my orders?

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Our processing time is typically around 7 days for regular orders and 2 days for expedited delivery. Orders are shipped from Richmond, Virginia.

Return Eligibility

• Returns are only accepted within 1 day of receiving your package.
• The product must be unopened and still sealed in the original shipping box.
• We will require pictures of the box and items to verify the condition before approving a return.

Important Notes

• If a customer chooses to return an item simply because they’ve changed their mind, the return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.
• We do not accept returns of any opened products. Since we use clean, natural formulations, we cannot verify the integrity or safety of products once they’ve been opened, and we must prioritize the well-being of all our customers.

Damaged Orders

• If your product arrives damaged, please send us pictures of the issue as soon as you receive your package.
• Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no cost to you.
