When I first started formulating, I didn’t know about hair porosity. My journey began by giving free samples of a curly cream to women buying wigs from my first side hustle. Initially, feedback was positive, but then some women mentioned the product couldn’t penetrate their hair or define their curls.

Puzzled, I noticed a major difference when using the same product on a woman with high porosity hair—it defined her curls at first, but they vanished once her hair dried. This led me to dive deep into researching hair porosity during my PhD. I discovered that different porosity levels required specific formulations. Months later, I created a curly cream specifically for high porosity hair, tested it on the same woman, and the results were mesmerizing.

The delivery time depends on your location and the shipping method you choose. Our processing time is typically around 7 days for regular orders and 2 days for expedited delivery.

We accept returns for products that have not been opened or used, and they must be returned within one week of purchase. To initiate a return, please send us pictures of the products. Note that customers are responsible for the shipping fees associated with the return. Once we receive and inspect the items, we will process your refund.
